- negative Avoid Negative People: Spend time with individuals who uplift and support you. Be with those who provide a healthier perspective on life.

- Reduce negative content: Know what you consume, stay away from negative news exposure.
- Find Solutions: Focus on answers instead of thinking about cause and reaction of the problem or obstacle.
- Say No: Say no to activities, people, situations that drain your energy to negativity. Instead pursue hobbies or interests which bring you joy and fulfillment.
- Incorporate mindfulness and meditation practices daily.
