How to reduce stress very fast

  1.  Deep Breathing: Shift from shallow to deep breathing, help with more oxygen push to relax
  2. Hydration: Sip water at regular intervals
  3. Write Down: Write what's in your mind and how it's causing you stress. 
  4. Stretch: By shifting your physical state and watch your physiology relax.
  5. Talk it out: Reach out to professional, friend, colleague, family members etc
  6. Power naps: Quick and brief nap can help you shake off stress
  7. Time in nature: Walk in a garden or greenery.
  8. Calming music: Soothing music shifts your attention from something calmer
  9. Practice mindfulness: Bring your attention to the present moment and notice that you are safe and well.
