- Ikigai: It's important to identify what brings you joy, fulfillment and a sense of purpose. We should focus our energy on those activities which brings all the three.
- Kaizen: It's continuous improvement and it encourages people to make small incremental changes to their habits, routines and thought patterns.
- Hara Hachi Bu: It means to cure overeating and laziness. A persons should practice mindful eating and stop when we are 80% full, we can tune our satisfaction signals with our mind then.
- Wabi Sabi: It teaches people to enjoy imperfection rather than running towards perfect, spotless things. Embrace the flaws of life rather than being tensed for perfection
- Shoshin: It means starting something with a beginner's mind leaving aside any previous knowledge about he topic. It helps us to be more open in life and help us in taking good decisions and willingness to learn.
- Gaman: It is meant to be patient in situations that look hard and unsolvable. Accept challenges in a calm mind, so that you can focus on finding solutions instead of overthinking.
- Shinrin Yoku: It is a concept of spending more time with nature or forest bathing and at outdoors and between nature.
- Ganbaru: It encourages people to stay calm and patiently relaxed, true to their goals and not worry about outcomes of their work.
