  •  Kerala Chicken Curry: Fresh chicken pieces cooked with grated coconut, onion, tomato, green chillies, ginger garlic paste and curry leaves. 
  • TamilNadu Fish Curry: Fresh fish (pond), Tamarind paste, Coconut milk, Onion, Tomato, Garlic, Fenugreek, Mustard, Curry leaves
  • Karnataka Majjigehuli: Coconut, Channadal, Urad dal, Green chillies, Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Turmeric and Tamarind Paste.
  • Andhra Gongura Chicken Curry: Boneless chicken, Gongura leaves (Sorrel Leaves), Coconut Milk, Onions, Tomatoes, Garlic-Ginger, Green Chillies, Spices and Mustard Seeds
  • Kerala Prawn Curry (Chemmeen Curry): Fresh Prawns, Coconut Milk, Grated Coconut, Onions, Tomatoes, Green Chillies, Ginger-Garlic Cuts, Fenugreek Seeds, Coriander and Curry Leaves. 
  • Tamil Nadu Avial: Cooked in Coconut Oil, Grated Coconut, Yogurt, Green Chillies, Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves and Seasonal Vegetables
  • Karnataka Coconut Egg Curry: Grated Coconut milk, Onions, Tomatoes, Green Chillies, Ginger-Garlic, Spices and Curry Leaves, Boiled Eggs
